Purchased an item on our website & want to send it back for a full refund? No problem.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days after receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or only partially used (a maximum of 10% of the product used upon return). Products must be returned in their original packaging as received.

Please note: there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. We are not able to accept products that are intimate; sanitary goods; hazardous materials; or flammable liquids or gases. All other purchases can be returned within 30-days of receipt.

All returns must be authorised by Global Colours prior to return. This allows us to supply a return code as a free returns shipping label.

Additional non-returnable items:

BodyArt products – (except when an incorrect item has been sent to you). Please do not send your purchase back to us without calling for return code and label.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, or a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 2 days (for wholesale account holders).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. (or account for credit note)
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items & Factory Seconds (where applicable)

Only regular and sale priced items will be refunded, unfortunately items marked as ‘factory-seconds’ cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item you purchased for another item, send an email to [email protected] or give us a call during opening hours and we will supply a return code and shipping label. You will need to return your item(s) to: 48-52 Sydenham road, MARRICKVILLE, NSW, 2204, Australia.

How to Process A Return

To return your product, you should contact us via email or telephone (during office hours) before mailing your product to us at: 48-52 Sydenham road, MARRICKVILLE, NSW, 2204, Australia.

Approved returns are free. Global Colours will supply a shipping label following approval.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item although tracking of returns is always used.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the 1 to 7 days (depending on your location); however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Global Colours shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. All local orders are sent via courier depending on the shipping method you have selected at checkout, and overseas orders are generally sent via DHL.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.

Should orders be incomplete upon arrival at your nominated delivery address you must inform us by email within 72 hours of receipt.

Should items be undelivered within estimated timeframes you must inform us by email within 7 working days.
