Global Colours Professional Heavy Body Gesso is produced with 100% Acrylic Polymer. Suitable for both acrylic and oil surface preparation. A dimensional primer with great tooth and adhesion, when dry has excellent flexibility, water and UV resistance.
Surfaces should be free from dust and grease before application with a broad brush. Can be thinned up to 25% with water to allow for absorption into surfaces of varying porosity (eg. concrete, canvas, plaster, etc.) . To prepare for oil painting, apply a minimum of 3 coats of Gesso. Allow 2 ? 4 hours between coats depending on your weather conditions. Do not use below 12?C ambient temperature. Clean all equipment with soap and water without delay.
